Trade fair stand Salone del Mobile 2019

Design for the joint Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur and Janua Möbel stand at the Salone del Mobile 2019 in Milan.

At the Milan show for the first time, the Freifrau-Janau duo had a stand made instantly recognisable by an intensive shade of cobalt blue. This colour theme was backed up with a series named Blaues Tuch by Hamburg photographer Anselm Gaupp, whose large-format images gave the radiant blue stand a light, spherical feel.
The front area of the Freifrau-Janua stand acted as a kind of stage on which the new Ona chair line by Sebastian Herkner was displayed with an SK 01 table. Hung to create the illusion of infinity, large mirrors expanded the space.
In the rear area of the stand, the now classic Leya chair was accompanied by another new piece, the Céline family created by Lucie Koldova.
The stand also showed the BC 06 RooM 68 shelves by Hoffmann Kahleyss Design, and was lit with lamps by Quasar and table lights made by Pulpo.
